We generally fund within 3 to 5 days from the completion of our appraisal of the subject commercial property. Our construction loans take a bit more time but I'm sure you and your borrower will be more than happy with our service. We want to keep you satisfied and continuing to refer business to us.


When you contact us with the loan information, we can quickly tell you via email or by phone if the loan is something we can do or not. We do not 'just collect packages' and let them grow dusty sitting on our desks. We'll tell you up front if it's a deal that fits our lending parameters before the package is sent. If through our investigation we find that it's not a fit for Allied, we'll return your package to you. We will not submit your hard money - private money deal to another broker. The funding line stops with us and our own private trust deed investors.
