Trust Deed Investments have long been a vehicle many use to grow and secure their wealth.
Unlike the Stock Market your money is secured by a Trust Deed on California real estate and your Trust Deed is recorded with the county recorder where the property is located, telling one and all that you have an interest in the property. Our Trust Deed Investments are always in a first position without the worries of being a 'junior lien holder'. The interest rates on our Commercial Hard Money Trust Deed Investments usually ranges from 9.5% to 14% depending on the Loan To Value Ratio, property condition and over all risk. Your Trust Deed Investment will be covered by title insurance and fire insurance starting at the close of escrow. Our minimum investment is $100,000. Our loans range from $100,000 to $20,000,000. Our Loan To Value Ratio, based on an independent appraisal, is not more than 65% of the appraised value of the property.
